    Kid's classes starting soon!

    Capoeira is For Everyone!

All that is expected is that you come with an open mind and be ready to work hard.
Men, women and children of all ages are all welcome in class. It is never too late or too early to start capoeira!

    Training can be Hard Work!

Please arrive on time, wear loose fitting clothing and bring plenty of water.
Our form of capoeira (contemporanea regional) is ofted trained without shoes, however you may wear shoes if you prefer.
Classes start with a general warm up and then move on to training.
In addition to drills and sequences of movements, classes may include playing
instruments, singing, acrobatics or working with a parnter.
Class generally ends with a roda ( ho-dah ), the circle of capoeirsitas in which the game itself is played.
The bateria or orchestra comprises one end of the roda while the other participants complete it.
The roda is where what we learn each day is put into practice.

    Play

Whether it is your first day or your fiftieth we suggest playing in the roda as soon and as often as possible.

Payment is due at the end of each class.
Classes are $15 each. Discounted monthly and yearly packages are available.
See the instructor after class for more information.
